Baltimore Orioles acquired RHP Twine Palmer from the Houston Astros for INF Ramón Urías.
Palmer was not inside the Astros’ top-30 prospects, according to MLB Pipeline. The 6'5" starting pitcher has registered a 2.13 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, and 44/22 K/BB ratio in 42 1/3 innings at Single-A so far this season.
