Stepheson

He has played a total of nine minutes in two appearances for the Clippers, so this doesn’t have any fantasy implications.

Stepheson is a negligible part of the rotation in Los Angeles and belongs on the waiver wire in all leagues.

Stepheson’s 10-day contract with the Clippers just ended on Saturday. This could be a sign that Zach Randolph (knee) is going to miss more time, and Stepheson could compete for minutes off the bench with Jarell Martin right away. To be clear, he’s not on the fantasy radar yet.

It’s a 10-day deal and he should be available for the razor-thin Grizzlies frontcourt. Stepheson is a pretty good rebounder and he’ll be the fourth big man on the depth chart. He’ll likely back up JaMychal Green at the power forward and would likely only get minutes in the teens.

He could continue to get minutes in the teens until Zach Randolph (knee) eventually returns, but he’s only worth monitoring in deeper leagues for now. Stepheson led the D-League in rebounds before his jump to the NBA, so we will let you know if his role grows. Keep in mind that he’s on a 10-day deal.

He leads the D-League in rebounds per game with 13.8, but he’s not much of a scorer. Leave Stepheson on the wire in all leagues.

It’s hardly surprising given that Stepheson has only managed to log a total of 12 minutes through 11 games with the Clippers. He belongs on the waiver wire in all leagues.

He was just 5-of-17 from the field and picked up most of his run during garbage time of the blowout loss, but the Grizzlies are running out of options in their frontcourt. In fact, they were down to just eight active players after P.J. Hairston left with a groin injury. For now, ignore Stepheson outside of very deep leagues unless he does this again.
