The Rockets will invite undrafted Incarnate Word guard Denzel Livingston to training camp.

Similar to Will Cummings and Remi Yusuf, Livingston isn’t expected to make the final roster and will be a candidate for their D-League team. For what it’s worth, he posted averages of 21.5 points, 5.9 boards, 2.9 assists, 1.3 blocks, 2.6 steals and 1.6 3-pointers for Incarnate Word last season.

Joshua Smith, Denzel Livingston, Will Cummings and Chris Walker will play for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the D-League.

The four players were let go by Houston toward the end of the preseason, but they’ll all be affiliate players in the D-League this year.
