Considering this is just a personal issue, McCree should be able to get back out there for Thursday’s game against the Hawks. He’s on a two-way deal, so he’ll be spending a majority of the 2018-19 season in the G-League.

The 6'8" forward played three seasons at Louisiana Tech, averaging 14.9 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.4 triples. The Heat now have 19 players on their training camp roster, so they still have one spot to fill. McCree is unlikely to make the team and is a candidate to join their G-League affiliate.

McCree went undrafted out of Louisiana Tech last summer, after averaging 14.9 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.4 triples during his three seasons on the NCAA level. He signed a training camp deal with the Heat but didn’t make the final 15-man roster. No fantasy impact of note here, as McCree will likely spend most of the season in the G-League.
