Jordan Ford has agreed to a deal with Aquila Basket Trento of Italy.
Ford, who spent last season with the Kings on a two-way contract, is headed to Italy to continue his professional career. This move will not impact fantasy basketball since he played as an unrestricted free agent in the NBA 2K25 Summer League.

Jordan Ford finished Sunday’s 102-86 loss to Miami with 22 points (8-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, two steals, and four 3-pointers in 27 minutes.
After spending last season on a two-way contract, Ford faces an uphill battle for a camp invite, with Sacramento having already allocated its three available slots. While Sunday’s scoring production was encouraging, one would like to see more from Ford in the assist category (zero vs. Miami). In a similar position this summer is Adonis Arms, who chipped in with 14 points, four rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block, and one 3-pointer in 26 minutes. While Arms and Ford are representing the Kings, they’re auditioning for all 30 NBA teams.

Keegan Murray (left calf soreness) is available for Thursday’s game against the Pelicans, while Jordan Ford (right hip irritation) is out.
Murray is available after the Kings listed him as questionable on the initial injury report. He will occupy his usual place in the starting lineup. As for Ford, his absence does not impact fantasy basketball or the Kings’ rotation.

Jordan Ford (right hip irritation) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Pelicans.
Ford is not in the rotation when healthy, so his status for Thursday will not impact the Kings or active fantasy leagues.

According to Bleacher Report’s Chris Haynes, the Kings are converting Jordan Ford’s contract to a two-way deal.
Ford, who played for the Kings’ G League affiliate last season and was with them in Summer League action, was initially signed to an Exhibit 10 contract for training camp. The “promotion” means that he’ll have a better opportunity of earning time with Sacramento, but this will not impact fantasy basketball due to the presence of De’Aaron Fox and Davion Mitchell.

Jordan Ford lit up the Bulls for 25 points (9-for-16 FGs), one rebound, eight assists and four 3-pointers in a 107-99 loss on Tuesday.
Ford spent last season playing for the Stockton Kings after going undrafted out of St. Mary’s. However, he may spend less time in the G-League this season with how well he’s played so far this summer. Ford has been a star for the Kings this summer, and it’s possible that he earns a contract, whether it’s with the Kings or another organization.

Jordan Ford shot 8-of-14 from the field and 2-of-4 from the foul line in Friday’s 80-76 win over Atlanta, scoring 20 points with two rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two 3-pointers in 29 minutes.
Undrafted out of Saint Mary’s in 2020, Ford has yet to establish himself as an NBA player. He’s been in training camps with the Clippers (2020 and 2021) and Kings (2022), only to be waived by both franchises. Sacramento’s depth at the point will make it very difficult for Ford to change that, but a good run in Las Vegas could be what gets him a look with another team. He played well on Friday, scoring an efficient 20 points while also chipping in with two steals.

Jordan Ford signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Kings on Thursday.
Ford will likely be playing with Sacramento’s G-League affiliate, the Stockton Kings. This won’t have any fantasy impact whatsoever.

Guard Jordan Ford has reportedly signed a non-guaranteed training camp contract with the Los Angeles Clippers.
Ford won’t even be a participant in camp with the Clippers, so his chances of making the final roster are probably pretty low. He should get a chance to work on his game in the G-League at the very least, but even if he makes the actual team, Ford can be safely ignored in fantasy hoops.
