    Hawks waived N’Faly Dante.
Dante made four appearances early in the season, but he tore his ACL and has already been ruled out for the rest of the season. Atlanta will clear out the roster spot, and Dante will look to find a new team in the offseason.

N’Faly Dante (knee) and Nikola Djurisic (elbow) are out for Sunday’s game against the Hornets.
The absences of Dante and Djurisic won’t impact fantasy basketball, as they aren’t in the rotation when healthy. Of the two, Djurisic is the one worth stashing in dynasty leagues, but neither should be rostered in redraft leagues.

Kristaps Porziņģis (knee) is questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Pistons.
Porziņģis has missed Atlanta’s last two games with a sore right knee, resulting in Onyeka Okongwu moving into the starting lineup. With Okongwu (knee) also questionable for Tuesday’s game, the Hawks could be severely shorthanded in the post. Mouhamed Gueye’s minutes may increase, and there’s also a chance that Atlanta would have to recall N’Faly Dante from the G League if KP and Okongwu can’t play.

HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto reports the Rockets have declined to match the offer sheet C N’Faly Dante signed with the Hawks.
The Hawks signed Dante to a two-year contract worth $4.5 million on Saturday, and Houston had the right to match the offer sheet since he was a restricted free agent. The Rockets have reportedly declined to do so, clearing the path for Dante to head to Atlanta. Dante is unlikely to get the opportunities needed to impact fantasy basketball next season, but the 23-year-old will be an intriguing developmental prospect for the Hawks to invest in.

HoopsHype’s N’Faly Dante has agreed to a two-year, $4.5 million offer sheet with the Hawks.
Dante spent last season on a two-way with Houston after going undrafted, and since the Rockets have filled their three two-way spots, it is unlikely that they match this offer sheet. Dante will likely spent most of his time in the G League next season, whether he is with Atlanta or Houston.

Jock Landale finished Monday’s loss to the Thunder with six points (3-of-6 FGs), three rebounds and one assist in 21 minutes.
With Alperen Sengun sidelined for Monday’s game, Landale moved into the starting lineup. To say he provided limited value would be accurate, with N’Faly Dante being more impactful despite coming off the bench. Making his NBA debut, the rookie out of Oregon finished with 10 points, nine rebounds, one assist and two blocked shots in 18 minutes. Neither Dante nor Landale will be worth holding onto for Tuesday’s game against the Pacers, as Sengun should be available.
