The Cardinals have decided not to extend a tender offer to kicker Bill Gramatica, ending his tenure with the team.

Gramatica, a fourth-round pick in 2001, managed to stay healthy in just one of his three season with Arizona. It’s expected that Neil Rackers, who ended the season as the Cardinals’ kicker, will keep the job in 2004.
