  • GB Tackle #69
Packers LT David Bakhtiari (knee) will not play in Week 4 against the Lions.
Bakhtiari will miss his third straight game after tweaking his knee in Week 1. Fellow offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins is also out for Week 4. The Packers will face Aidan Hutchinson, who leads the NFL in pressures, while down multiple starting linemen on Thursday.
  • GB Tackle #69
Packers LT David Bakhtiari (knee) is questionable for Week 3 against the Saints.
Fellow offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins was ruled out. Bakhtiari did not practice at all this week, but the veteran left tackle could still play. He missed last week with his knee injury and has dealt with various knee issues since suffering a torn ACL in 2020. Last week, Yosh Nijman and Rasheed Walker both saw reps at left tackle.
  • GB Tackle #74
Packers RT Elgton Jenkins (knee, foot) is active for Week 9 against the Lions.
As is LT David Bakhtiari, Allen Lazard, and Christian Watson, all of whom entered the weekend as questionable. With these four ready to go, Aaron Rodgers is in as good a spot as possible going up against a beatable Lions defense.

  • GB Tackle #74
Packers RT Elgton Jenkins (knee/foot) is questionable for Week 9 against the Lions.
He got in two limited practices on Thursday and Friday, so he appears to be trending in the right direction after missing Week 8. Aaron Rodgers was sacked twice and had a few other sacks cancelled by penalty against the Bills with Jenkins out.

  • GB Tackle #74
Packers OL Elgton Jenkins (knee/foot) was limited in Thursday’s practice.
Jenkins popped up with a new foot issue before Week 8’s game, causing him to be a surprise inactive. He missed Wednesday’s session, but this Thursday practice seems to suggest he has a real chance at playing.

  • FA Tackle #69
David Bakhtiari (knee) is questionable for Week 8 against the Bills.
Bakhtiari missed Week 7 with the knee issue and looks likely to sit out this week. Fellow offensive lineman Elgton Jenkins is also questionable. The Packers’ battered offensive line will struggle to slow down Buffalo’s elite pass-rush.

  • GB Tackle #74
Packers OL Elgton Jenkins (knee) is questionable for Week 2.
Jenkins was upgraded to a full practice on Friday. The Packers were without Jenkins and starting left tackle David Bakhtiari for Week 1. Left guard Jon Runyan, who is questionable this week, also exited the game with a concussion. The piling of injuries was apparent throughout the game. Rodgers took four sacks and the offensive never got in rhythm. With all three players questionable for Wee 2, there’s some hope that Rodgers and company will bounce back versus Chicago.

  • GB Tackle #74
Packers OL Elgton Jenkins (knee) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Jenkins tore his ACL in Week 11 of the 2021 season, so he was always a long-shot to suit up for Green Bay’s opener this year. He managed to avoid the PUP list to start the season but was held out of Week 1. Jenkins was listed as limited in all three practices before being ruled out, so it remains unclear if he will play in Week 2.

  • FA Tackle #69
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports LT David Bakhtiari (knee) is not expected to play in Week 1 against the Vikings.
Rapoport added Elgton Jenkins (pectoral/knee) is also expected to miss Week 1. It’s a disastrous outcome for the Packers as Allen Lazard was listed as doubtful earlier in the week and is not expected to play. Yosh Nijman will start in place of Bakhtiari for Green Bay’s opener. Nijman got eight starts at left tackle last year. Pro Football Focus charted him as allowing 20 pressures and three sacks.

  • FA Tackle #69
Packers LT David Bakhtiari (knee) is questionable for Week 1 against the Vikings.
So, too, is Elgton Jenkins. Bakhtiari looked to be progressing fine until today, when he grabbed a surprise DNP in practice. One of the league’s best tackles, Green Bay will probably hold him out until they believe he’s fully ready, whenever that is. Jenkins, returning from a torn ACL, got in three limited practices and is probably more likely to play.
