    Tough news to swallow. The Bills will probably update Everett’s condition on Monday morning after the surgery is complete. The Associated Press reports that Everett showed no signs of movement since leaving the stadium Sunday.

    According to ESPN, Bills TE Kevin Everett fractured and dislocated his neck. He did have some “sparse movement” after his surgery. There is concern he may not be able to walk again.
    “The next couple of days is going to be critical,” said Everett’s agent, responding to a question about paralysis. “Our concern is for him to come out of this healthy and, hopefully, be able to walk again.” It may be two or three days before more news comes out.

    Sobering news. The surgeon emphasized the life-threatening nature of Everett’s injury. Everett will be sedated for the next day or two as he recovers from surgery. Everett likely to be paralyzed. The Bills placed him on injured reserve Monday.
