Colts signed C Matt Tarullo, DT Ed Johnson, RB Chris Morgan, and claimed WR Taylor Sele off waivers from the Redskins.
Johnson was a solid tackle at Penn State but less touted than linemate Jay Alford. Tarullo, an ex-Giant, is backup material. Morgan is fifth on the depth chart behind Joe Addai, DeDe Dorsey, Kenton Keith, and Clifton Dawson.
