  • KC Wide Receiver #27
Former Cal senior WR Nikko Remigio will transfer to Fresno State.
Remigio (5'10"/180) left the Golden Bears as a grad transfer in early December. A month later he has chosen to stay on the west coast to finish out his collegiate career. He will be a great security blanket for Jake Haener as the slot receiver lead Cal with 38 catches in 2021.

Cal senior WR Nikko Remigio will enter the transfer portal as a grad student.
He will become immediately eligible as a graduate transfer. In his time with the Golden Bears, he was a valuable slot receiver and finished 2021 leading the team with 38 catches.

Cal sophomore WR Nikko Remigio (undisclosed) is labeled as day-to-day.
Remigio (5'10"/180) left Saturday’s game against Washington State after catching three-of-five targets for 11 yards. He logged 37 snaps in the contest, which is the lowest number of reps he has played all season. Though he is listed as day-to-day, SI.com noted that Remigio is getting closer to returning to practice. With Cal on bye before their October 15 road game against Oregon, Remigio will have some extra time to heal before his next game.

Cal sophomore WR Nikko Remigio earned six receptions for 81 yards and a touchdown in Saturday’s 21-17 win over Oregon.
The Cal passing game was a whole was not too impressive. Of the light work they did produce, though, Remigio (5'10/180) ended up on the receiving end of a good portion of it. Remigio’s 81 yards made up for almost half of QB Chase Garbers’ passing yards, which is no shock seeing as he also earned the team’s longest reception on a 28-yarder. Remigio was a bit of a surprise to earn that kind of work, though, seeing as he only had four receptions headed into the evening.

Cal sophomore WR Nikko Remigio caught nine passes for 157 yards and a touchdown in Saturday’s 24-20 win over Stanford.
Holy moly, a Cal receiver doing yeoman’s work. You don’t see it too often with this offense. Remigio’s 18-yard touchdown grab midway through the fourth quarter tied up the game at 17-17. Following a Stanford field goal, Chase Garbers would go on to put the Golden Bears ahead -- for good -- via a 16-yard touchdown run with just 1:19 remaining in the contest. For the season, now, Remigio owns a 29-419-2 receiving line across eight games played. He’ll have one more shot at regular-season work against UCLA next weekend, then it’s time for Cal to go bowling.

Cal sophomore WR Nikko Remigio (undisclosed) is week-to-week.
Remigio (5'10/185) should be considered questionable for Saturday’s game against Washington State. This season, the sophomore is working to an 18-251-1 receiving line in six contests.

Cal received a verbal commitment from four-star 2018 WR Nikko Remigio.
Remigio had an eclectic little top-four consisting of Cal, Wisconsin, Tennessee and UCLA. Scout.com’s Greg Biggins is sold on the 5-foot-11, 170-pounder, writing, “He’s a natural pass catcher, explosive after the catch and very elusive in the open field. He can be a deep threat as well as a possession receiver and has all the tools to play early at the next level.” After finishing a dreadful No. 75 on Rivals’ team rankings at the close of the 2017 cycle, the Golden Bears currently sit at a much more respectable No. 45 for the 2018 class.
