Browns Sign George Foster

The Cleveland Browns signed former Detroit Lions offensive tackle George Foster, a former Denver Broncos first-round draft pick, the team announced today. A former No. 20 overall draft pick from the University of Georgia, Foster had played for the Lions for the past two seasons and started a dozen games.
