Demetrius Bell leaves Philly without a contract
The Eagles’ search for a new tackle continues.
Free-agent Demetrius Bell, who spent his first four seasons with the Bills, has left Philly without a contract, according to Derrick Gunn of CSNPhilly.com.
Bell has drawn interest from several teams, including the Steelers, Redskins, Cardinals, and Packers. The fact that he hasn’t signed suggests that his price is too damn high.
Injuries limited Bell to seven games in 2011. He started 16 games in 2010 and eight in 2009. Bell appeared in no games during his rookie season.
