For the second time this month, we have news of an arrest of former NFL player Preston Parker.
The Palm Beach Post reports that Parker was picked up on drug charges after being caught with marijuana. According to police, Parker was pulled over for illegally tinted windows, and he tried to throw a plastic bag of marijuana out the window after he was pulled over.
Three weeks ago, Parker was arrested for felony cocaine possession, the display of a weapon during the commission of a felony, and destruction of evidence.
Parker was a star at Florida State before he was kicked off the team for repeated off-field problems. He still made it to the NFL and showed flashes of talent during his time with the Buccaneers, Saints and Giants, but he’s currently not under contract and it seems likely that he has played in the NFL for the last time.
