New Broncos coach Gary Kubiak is having his introductory press conference in a few minutes, but he’s already doing business.

Via Mike Klis of the Denver Post, Kubiak has finalized his offensive staff by keeping three existing assistants.

The Broncos are keeping receivers coach Tyke Tolbert, running backs coach Eric Studesville and strength and conditioning coach Luke Richesson.

Tight ends coach Clancy Barone will now coach the offensive line, so former Ravens assistant Brian Pariani can coach tight ends. Former Ravens assistant Rick Dennison is lined up to be the offensive coordinator.

Now he has to find a defensive coordiantor. Reports have made Vance Joseph the favorite for that job, though nothing’s done at the moment.
