J.P. Losman won a championship in the UFL, something he never came close to doing at Tulane or with the Buffalo Bills.
Now he’s trying to latch on to another team with a chance to win a title.
The Indianapolis Colts worked out Losman on Friday.
Backup quarterback Jim Sorgi has been bothered by a shoulder injury of late; the team also has rookie Curtis Painter on the roster.
It’s hard to think of two quarterbacks any different in playing style than Peyton Manning and J.P. Losman, but at least they share a knowledge of New Orleans watering holes.
