Linval Joseph doubtful for Sunday night

The Vikings got defensive tackle Linval Joseph back in the lineup last Sunday night, but it is unlikely that he’ll be on the field again this Sunday night.

Joseph has been listed as doubtful for the matchup with the Packers that will decide whether or not the Vikings are the NFC North champions this season. He’s bothered by the same foot injury that kept him out for the three games before the matchup with the Giants.

With Joseph likely to miss the game, Sharrif Floyd will be a big part of stopping the Packers offense so it’s a good thing that he’s listed as probable after missing Friday’s practice with a knee issue.

Running back Adrian Peterson, safety Harrison Smith, defensive end Everson Griffen and left tackle Matt Kalil all practiced Friday and are expected to be active on Sunday night.
