Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan may know his world leaders, but he needs to brush up on his former Big 12 quarterbacks.

During his visit to Browns practice on Wednesday, Ryan confused Brandon Weeden, who went to Oklahoma State, with Colt McCoy, who went to Texas.

I think he saw the red [practice] jerseys and got us mixed up,” Weeden said, via the Associated Press. “But he’s got more important things on his mind right now than me and Colt. It was a good laugh.”

Next, perhaps Katie Couric will be asking Ryan which sports magazines he reads. And then maybe the Wisconsin native will claim that he can see from his backyard if Ragnar the Viking rears his head.
