A 25-yard touchdown run on a reverse by Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu has given the Bengals a little breathing room and a 24-10 lead over the Browns in the fourth quarter.
The Browns had cut their deficit to 14-10 with an impressive 92-yard drive late in the first half and started the second half with a defensive stop, but the Bengals have the momentum back. They sacked Johnny Manziel twice on the drive following Sanu’s touchdown.
The Browns don’t yet have a first down in the second half.
The Sanu run capped a 91-yard drive over eight plays.
