The Rams have opted to not tender restricted free agent RB Samkon Gado, DE Ryan Neill, and WR Ruvell Martin.
They all become unrestricted free agents. Gado was atrocious last season, averaging 1.9 yards a carry and failing to beat out Kenneth Darby for the No. 2 running back job behind Steven Jackson. He may want to move onto the medical field as he’s long hoped to do. Neill is a long snapper. Martin’s inability to get on the field at receiver in St. Louis says enough about him.
