McClane first reported on the Patriots and Ravens’ interest in Brown in late February. Per McLane, the Bills “checked in” with the Eagles about trading for Brown before ultimately trading for former Bears WR DJ Moore. McLane believes Moore’s acquisition “theoretically” takes the Bills out of the running for Brown. This makes sense. The Bills guaranteed $15.5 million of Moore’s 2028 salary to facilitate the transaction. The Eagles are reportedly inclined to only deal with AFC teams.
  • NE Outside Linebacker #40
The Cardinals drafted Luketa in the 2022 NFL Draft’s seventh round. He functioned as a backup pass rusher for them until partway through the 2025 season. The Rams then signed him to the practice squad in November. He tallied 3.0 sacks and one forced fumble back in 2024.
  • NO Defensive End #94
Jordan spent 15 seasons with the Saints after they drafted him as a first-round pick back in 2011. He racked up 10.5 sacks last season and, incredibly, turns 37 years old in May. Jordan recently told reporters that he is not seeking “top dollar,” he simply wants to be “valued.” Over The Cap currently lists the Saints as being $11.6 million in the red this season, which at least partially explains why the team may be hesitant to invest in an older player. While it would be fun to see the two sides figure out a contract solution, it would also be fun to see Jordan sign on as a rotational pass rusher with a playoff contender.
  • Wills suffered an MCL injury in 2023 that resurfaced in 2024. He appeared in just 13 games across the two seasons and then chose to sit out the 2025 season to fully recover from his knee issue. He is now a free agent and there will be plenty of teams willing to take a flyer on the former No. 10 overall pick. Schultz notes that he will have more visits next week, with teams likely wanting to do medical testing on his knee before working out a contract.
  • NYG Wide Receiver #17
Robinson will hit the open market next week unless the Giants extend before the start of the new league year. All signs point to them letting him walk. Coming off his first 1,000-yard outing, Robinson will have plenty of suitors in free agency. The Titans desperately need an always-open target for Cam Ward to rely on and have plenty of money to spare. They currently have over $90 million in cap space. The Tennessee connection is aslo one that ESPN’s Turron Davenport made earlier this offseason. Robinson will have multiple options, but the Titans are currently the favorite to land him.
  • MIA Quarterback #1
Jones was quick to point out that the NFL generally frowns upon teams paying draft picks to offload bloated contracts, and it’s an incredibly rare occurrence. We doubt every team feels this negatively about Tagovailoa and his contract, but it does make it clear that there won’t be much, if any, of a market for his services. Miami is likely stuck either cutting him or keeping him on the roster for another year. Even with a post-June 1st designation, the Dolphins lose $11.1 million in cap space by releasing Tua. They are currently over the cap, making his release particularly challenging.
  • BUF Wide Receiver #2
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero confirmed the picks involved. Given that many believed Chicago would cut Moore this offseason, landing a second-round pick is a massive win for the Bears. With the additions of Rome Odunze, Colston Loveland, and Luther Burden, Moore had been slowly phased out of the Chicago passing game over the past two years. He caught just 50 passes for 682 yards during the regular season. Both marks were career-lows for the eight-year veteran. Moore’s effort and attitude were also pain points for the Bears, which new head coach Ben Johnson hinted at last offseason. Despite his declining numbers, Moore likely still has something left in the tank. The hope for Buffalo is that a change of scenery will revive Moore after a pair of down years. He is now the favorite to lead Buffalo in targets this year, with Khalil Shakir and Dalton Kincaid both working as secondary options.
  • LV Defensive End #98
Jones added that the Cowboys “are lurking.” All signs point to the Raiders and Crosby parting ways with free agency on the horizon. The Bears solved their problems on offense under Ben Johnson but still need to improve on the other side of the ball. To no one’s surprise, the Dallas defense bottomed out after they traded away Micah Parsons. As Jones notes, the Raiders will likely get less for Crosby than the two first-round picks Dallas landed when they sent Parsons to Green Bay. That price difference will keep plenty of teams interested in the All-Pro EDGE.
  • HOU OFFENSIVE TACKLE (SUB) #77
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the deal is worth “up to” $7 million. Brown was released by Houston at the end of training camp last year. The team kept him around on the practice squad and ultimately put him on the active roster during the second half of the season. He went on to make eight starts, including the playoffs, and received solid grades from Pro Football Focus. With fellow right tackle Tytus Howard traded to Cleveland, Brown is in line to take on that gig full-time for 2026.
  • JAC Tight End #80
Morris appeared in 14 games for the Jags in 2025. He totaled six catches for 55 yards and a single score. Morris is primarily a blocker and also contributes on special teams. He’ll be back in Jacksonville for 2026.
