If you’ve not been paying attention at all, Rick Nash of the Columbus Blue Jackets is a pretty good player. I know you might forget about him because he plays in Columbus but even if you haven’t read about him here on this site, you’re about to see some more of him in action.

In tonight’s 3-0 Jackets win, Nash had all three goals in the victory earning himself a hat trick on the road against Sharks starter Antero Niittymaki. Somehow, someway a couple of the fans in the Shark Tank managed to get a couple of hats on the ice to celebrate the occasion. The goals now give Nash 12 on the season putting him in a logjam tied for fourth in the NHL in goals scored, behind Steve Stamkos, Alexander Semin, and Sidney Crosby.
