From Alex Ovechkin starting Russia’s run on a hopeful note by scoring just 77 seconds into the team’s opener to T.J. Oshie’s shootout heroics that marked the beginning of the end for the Russians.
Then of course there’s Shea Weber’s rocket shot for Canada against Autria that was so fast that they actually had to subject it to a video review make sure it went in.
