Irish skeleton racer Sean Greenwood is a licensed helicopter pilot, but he got into the air in a way he surely didn’t want during today’s men’s skeleton action at the Sanki Sliding Center.
Greenwood lost control going into a right turn on his second run and went up the ice into a barrel roll before he and his sled came back down.
But somehow, he was able to get his sled back underneath him and was able to finish his run on the 17-turn Sanki course.
