STAMFORD, Conn. – July 27, 2022 – The Rocket Mortgage Classic – the PGA TOUR’s penultimate regular season event – and the USGA’s U.S. Junior Amateur headline live golf tournament coverage this week across GOLF Channel, Peacock and NBC Sports digital platforms.
PGA TOUR: ROCKET MORTGAGE CLASSIC
The second-to-last regular season event on the PGA TOUR’S 2021-22 season, the Rocket Mortgage Classic, takes place this week at Detroit Golf Club. Following next week’s Wyndham Championship, the top 125 eligible players on the FedExCup standings will advance to the FedExCup Playoffs, which will be shown exclusively across NBC Sports platforms for the first time beginning with the FedEx St. Jude Championship from Aug. 11-14 at TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tenn.
Live early-round coverage on Thursday and Friday begins at 3 p.m. ET on GOLF Channel and Peacock. Lead-in coverage on the weekend gets underway Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m. ET on GOLF Channel and Peacock.
