STAMFORD, Conn. – Jan. 30, 2024 – Virgil van Dijk and first-place Liverpool host Chelsea tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 3:15 p.m. ET exclusively on Peacock, headlining Premier League action across NBC Sports this week.
Liverpool, who tomorrow will play the club’s first Premier League match since Jurgen Klopp announced he’s stepping down as Liverpool manager at the end of this season, are unbeaten in their past 14 Premier League matches, including three consecutive victories. Most recently, Liverpool topped Bournemouth, 4-0, on Jan. 21 behind braces from Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota. Chelsea defeated Fulham, 1-0, on Jan. 13, marking the Blues’ third straight PL victory. Peter Drury and Graeme Le Saux will call the match live from Anfield.
Midweek coverage kicks off this afternoon beginning with Premier League Live at 2:30 p.m. ET on USA Network. Four matches stream live on Peacock today: Nottingham Forest v. Arsenal (2:30 p.m. ET in English and Spanish), Fulham v. Everton (2:45 p.m. ET), Luton Town v. Brighton & Hove Albion (2:45 p.m. ET), and Crystal Palace v. Sheffield United (3 p.m. ET). At 3:15 p.m. ET this afternoon, Newcastle visit fourth-place Aston Villa on USA Network and Universo. Jon Champion and Le Saux will call Aston Villa-Newcastle live from Villa Park.
The Goal Rush whip-around show will stream live on Peacock today at 2:30 p.m. ET, providing viewers the most compelling action in real time and on replay so they won’t miss a single goal or key play.
Ahead of Liverpool-Chelsea on Wednesday, fifth-place Tottenham host Brentford at 2:30 p.m. ET on USA Network and Universo and Erling Haaland and second-place Manchester City host Burley at 2:30 p.m. ET on Peacock.
Midweek coverage concludes this Thursday, Feb. 1, as NBC Sports presents two matches live on transfer deadline day: West Ham v. Bournemouth at 2:30 p.m. ET on Peacock and Wolverhampton Wanderers v. Manchester United at 3:15 p.m. ET on USA Network and Universo.
Paul Burmeister hosts today and tomorrow’s Premier League Live and Goal Zone shows alongside former Premier League player Robbie Mustoe and former Premier League and USMNT player Tim Howard. Anna Jackson hosts Thursday’s coverage with Mustoe and Howard.
This weekend’s Premier League coverage is headline by first-place Liverpool visiting third-place Arsenal this Sunday, Feb. 4, at 11:30 a.m. ET on Peacock (in English and Spanish). Champion, Le Saux and Lee Dixon will call the match live from Emirates Stadium. Sunday’s pre-match coverage will feature Champion, Le Saux and Dixon live from a pitch-side desk at the Emirates.
