The ‘Skins are falling apart at the seams, and S Reed Doughty (out, concussion) is only the latest casualty who will not suit up Week 16 at Jacksonville. David Garrard, our No 13 quarterback this week, gets an extremely appealing matchup at home. Rashad will back up Macho Harris at strong safety.

Rashad and D.J. Ware both started the game, replacing Antrel Rolle and Ahmad Bradshaw who were tardy for a team meeting. Both subs ending up leaving with concussions.

Rashad suffered a concussion a couple weeks ago against the Steelers, sealing his fate. Otherwise, he might’s hung around as a fifth safety.
