Duquesne center Shawn James, a shot-blocking specialist, has hired an agent and will enter the NBA draft.
The 6-foot-10 James previously submitted his name as an early entry to the draft but had not hired an agent until signing on with Steve Cronin on Thursday. Hiring an agent eliminates any chance of James playing again in college. He’s projected as a late second-round pick, if he’s drafted at all.
