Well that was a busy weekend.Rubio Rubin opened his FC Utrecht scoring account, John Anthony Brooks nearly helped Hertha Berlin to a surprise point against Bayern Munich and Conor O’Brien netted a PK goal to lead the headlines of Yanks playing in Europe. There was hard luck for the two American goalkeepers in the Premier League, with Tim Howard getting beaten by Roberto Soldado in first-half stoppage time and Brad Guzan failing to stop a late Burnley penalty.
