Belgian FA postpones match between Belgium-Portugal after attacks

Following the recent terrorist attacks in Belgium, the country’s national team will postpone their upcoming match against Portugal.

The City of Brussels, where the latest tragedy occurred, has asked the Belgian FA to cancel the match in the wake of the devastating events that transpired.

According to the Belgian FA’s official website, the match was left off “for security reasons and precautions.”

The news comes less than 24 hours after the team announced that it would be cancelling its training session on Tuesday.

The Red Devils were scheduled to face the Portuguese at the King Baudouin Stadium on March 29.
