Diego Costa ended his Premier League scoring drought, and Chelsea’s losing streak.
The Spanish international netted in the second half to give the Blues all three points, ending a three-match losing streak for Chelsea in a 1-0 win at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea controlled the match, leaping above Norwich for 15th on the table, but its finish helped the scoreline betray the game.

Chelsea lived in Norwich’s end, but continued to miss their finishing touch as the game passed the half-hour mark.
Diego Costa’s struggles are reaching a new high point. After taking a comical dive in the box late in the half, the Spanish striker absolutely butchered what should’ve been a relatively-easy finish just before the break.
Chelsea took the lead through Costa in the 64th minute. Given plenty of time, he curled a shot around John Ruddy to give the Blues a deserved lead.
Kurt Zouma’s presence in the box gave Norwich fits, and the big Chelsea center back came close to scoring on several occasions.
The story is Costa breaking through, but also the Blues’ inability to put Norwich away. Possession and chances as they were, Jose Mourinho’s men should’ve coasted in this one.
