Jamie Vardy and Leicester City have accepted their charges from the English Football Association following their 2-2 draw against West Ham United last weekend.
Vardy, 29, was sent off in the second half after referee Jon Moss showed him a second yellow card for simulation.

The England striker reacted furiously to being sent off, pointing his finger in Moss’ face and allegedly swearing at him.
Moss included the incident in his match report and the FA subsequently charged Vardy, which is a charge he has now accepted.

Leicester’s leading goalscorer has requested a personal hearing and will stand in front of a regulatory panel next week, likely on Monday.
Vardy is already suspended for this Sunday’s game against Swansea City at the King Power Stadium (Watch live, 11:15 a.m. ET on NBCSN and online via Live Extra) as he can’t appeal a one-game ban for receiving two yellows.

Now that he has accepted the charge, it is likely Vardy will get another one-game ban so will miss Leicester’s trip to Manchester United on May 1. He could get an extra two game ban which will also rule him out of the home game against Everton on May 7.
The club has also accepted their charge of failing to control their players. Leicester were charged following Moss awarding a penalty kick to West Ham in the 83rd minute.
Leicester are five points clear of second-place Tottenham with four games to go but without Vardy for at least the next game and possibly more, Claudio Ranieri will look to Leanardo Ulloa to fill the void.
This is a big blow for the Foxes’ title bid.
