The game in 100 words (or less): In terms of Orlando City’s dwindling playoff hopes, NYCFC defender Kwame Watson-Siriboe’s stoppage time goal looked like it would be enough to crush them completely, but Cyle Larin is really good at scoring goals. He did that twice to give him six in three games and a rookie-record 17 on the season. Orlando will scoreboard watch all weekend, and any breaks are moot if it fails to win its finale at Philadelphia.
Three moments that mattered

45+2′ — Kwame Watson-Siriboe at the first-half death — An absolutely woeful corner kick attempt from New York City was deflected into the path of Mix Diskerud, whose shot was parried back to Watson-Siriboe. He made no mistake with a left-footed blast into the back of the goal.

64' -- You guys and girls ever hear of this Cyle Larin guy? -- The rookie from UConn continues to rewrite the record book, as Larin headed a Corey Ashe cross across the six and inside the far post. Good at soccer, he is.

70' -- Did you hear me the first time? CYLE LARIN -- Adrian Winter’s saved shot came back to him, and he fed Larin (who isn’t about to miss a wide open net from a standing position). Not to make this site all about the U.S. men’s national team’s trouble, but can you imagine if this kid was born about 140 kilometers down the QEW?
