Title chasing Chelsea certainly won’t be easy opposition for Leicester as Jose Mourinho’s side need just two more wins to seal the Premier League title. In team news Leicester may be without Jamie Vardy, while Jeffrey Schlupp and David Nugent are doubtful. Chelsea aren’t sure whether to risk Diego Costa, while Loic Remy will miss out again with a calf injury and Oscar will be assessed after his heavy collision with Arsenal’s goalkeeper David Opsina.

Nigel Pearson on Leicester’s fans: “In the last few games in particular the stadium has had an atmosphere that is certainly inspiring and very helpful for the players as well. My view always is that we’ve got to put something on to stimulate the fans. Of course, it is also very helpful if the fans create an atmosphere that the players are inspired by. That’s really been the case, and hopefully that will remain so.”
Jose Mourinho on Leicester’s resurgence: “For me it’s a good team, good players. I played them very early in the season at Stamford Bridge. I could immediately feel the quality of the team. I was surprised that they were in a bad position. I’m not surprised they are out of the relegation zone. I will not be surprised when they stay in the division. Their situation is very good. For the quality of their team, I think they are going to survive.”
Prediction
Well, usually this would be a routine win for Chelsea but with three games in seven days and plenty of injuries to their strikers, it could be a tough evening for the Blues. I expect Leicester to come flying out of the traps in front of a fired up home crowd. Nigel Pearson’s side are a good team and have won four on the spin for a reason. Anything tonight is a bonus but I think Chelsea will just sneak the win, 2-1.
