Hull City v Burnley - Premier League

Hull City v Burnley - Premier League

With the final games of the 2014-15 Premier League season fast-approaching, attention has switched from the top of the table to its bottom.

Hull City and Newcastle United are two teams that could face either relegation to England’s second-tier, the Championship, or survival in the PL.

PST’s lead writer and editor Joe Prince-Wright outlined the situation in the above video.

“In one word, drama,” he said.

At 17th place, Newcastle is currently two points above the demotion zone with 36 points, while Hull is slotted at 18th place with 34 points.

The Magpies have netted only one point in ten matches and must win at home against West Ham to clinch the current spot. If they draw and Hull comes out the victor vs. opponent Manchester United, the Tigers survive on goal differential.
