The Bestikas attacker sparked the Portugal onslaught with a spectacular outside-the-boot pass into the path of Cristiano Ronaldo, who headed home for the 1-0 lead in the 36th minute.

Quaresma then doubled the team’s lead three minutes later when the 32-year-old curled his effort over goalkeeper Pavel Londak, leaving Estonia in awe.

Ronaldo then capped off the half with his second goal on the stroke of halftime, as he chipped Londak from inside the penalty area.
