If you don’t think Claudio Ranieri’s second career as football poet wasn’t going to rear its head after a remarkable and controversial Sunday draw with West Ham, you aren’t thinking straight.
The Italian manager didn’t seem too pleased with referee Jonathan Moss, though we’re not sure anyone was given the inconsistent calls from the 2-2 affair at King Power.

Ranieri spoke to the yellow card given to Jamie Vardy for diving, a second yellow that sent the 22-goal man to the stands, but also his players’ heart in rebounding to draw level late in Leicester.
From the BBC:“The sending off changed our match. I judge my players not the referee, the referee is not my matter.
“Our performance was fantastic, this is our soul, we play every match with this, blood, heart and soul, it was magnificent. This point is very important psychologically.”
What a match. Tottenham will be pleased to be able to pull within five points with a Monday win, but every digit Leicester adds makes the task all that more difficult.
That’s especially true given the Foxes “blood, heart and soul”, no?
