Shinji Okazaki was wide of the goal with an off-balance header for the match’s first true chance.

The Foxes continue to apply pressure, and nearly went ahead in the 25th minute if not for a brilliant save by John Ruddy on Marc Albrighton.

Jamie Vardy earned and converted a penalty moments later to put the Foxes up. Seb Bassong took the Premier League’s leading scorer down to some debate, but earned the whistle.

It took less than two minutes of second-half play for Leicester to score on the break, as Schlupp slipped through the Norwich defense to add a N’Golo Kante pass to the scoreboard.

Not that Norwich didn’t engineer a scare. Mbokani netted a header in the 68th minute, and Nathan Redmond saw his late rip hit the crossbar.

5 - Jamie Vardy has now scored in five successive Premier League games. Guarantee.
