Similar or strange: How will Mourinho lineup new look Manchester United?

Two high-profile additions have us wondering just how wildly different Jose Mourinho will line-up Manchester United.

After purchasing Eric Bailly from Villarreal earlier this summer, Mourinho has now added Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

JPW took a stab at the Zlatan-centric lineup on Friday, and thinks it’ll be a solid and fashionable 4-2-3-1.

Mkhitaryan oscillates his position on the field, and Mourinho will relish the opportunity to deploy him in different spots, while Ibrahimovic is an out-and-out center forward.

We know more big money signings are on the way but, assuming Mourinho doesn’t change his ways that much, here are two lineups we could see come August.

If Mourinho eases his way into the Old Trafford set -- ha! -- he could begin with something fairly laid back:
De Gea

Young - Smalling - Blind - Shaw

Carrick

Mkhitaryan - Rooney - Martial

Rashford - Ibrahimovic

The second comes with pretty massive changes:
De Gea

Darmian - Smalling - Bailly - Shaw

Blind - Schneiderlin

Mkhitaryan - Rooney - Martial

Ibrahomivic
