As the transfer deadline day continues, a few clubs have been spending big with just a few hours left until all the speculation ends.
Will Wayne Rooney join Chelsea? Is Luis Suárez about to make a dramatic exit from Liverpool? And can Arsenal buy the players they desperately need to mount a title challenge?
It has been a tireless summer full of massive transfers and the biggest deal that is likely to go down in the Premier League sees Arsenal signing Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil for a staggering $60 million. Apparently the official word will filter through shortly but elsewhere Liverpool and Crystal Palace have been very busy.

HAPPENING SOON...
Juan Mata to Paris Saint-Germain: Chelsea’s Spanish playmaker has been left out during the last two games as speculation is rife about his future. Word out of France is that he’s currently in Paris talking with the PSG representatives about a deal. More to come on this later.
Mesut Ozil to Arsenal: Has had a medical in Munich earlier today after joining up with the German national team. Ozil will reportedly be earning almost $300,000 a week and Arsenal will smash their transfer record in a $60 million deal. The 25-year-old attacker would be a huge investment by Arsene Wenger... but do the Gunners really need him?
Ander Herrera to Manchester United: The Athletic Bilbao midfielder could be close to a move to Old Trafford after United reportedly met his $45 million release clause in his contract. The 24-year-old Spaniard is extremely willing to cut his wages demands in order to make the deal happen and United will get a top quality midfielder if they fork out the cash.
Fernando to Everton: Brazilian midfielder has completed a medical at Goodison Park and is just waiting to hear about his work permit application. The FC Porto man will cost $22.5 million and is seen as a direct replacement for Fellaini. His nickname is ‘The Octopus’ and he would certainly be a high-profile arrival on Merseyside ahead of the World Cup in his homeland.
Fellaini to Manchester United: He has apparently been allowed to have a medical at United after the Red Devils agreed a $36 million fee with Everton. The Belgian international has not yet joined up with his national team as they give him extra time to figure out the move.
