This morning we are going to take a quick look around Europe to see which transfer rumors have surfaced.

With plenty of big money deals already flying around, and new managers building their squads hurriedly behind the scenes, this summer is set to see plenty of transfer activity.

Let us begin.

Manchester United could be set for an incredible double swoop, after both Cesc Fabregas and Robert Lewandowski have reacted positively towards at move to Old Trafford. However Fabregas has since calmed any speculation about a move back to the Premier League, but the Spaniard can’t be happy about not playing regularly at Barcelona. While LEwandowski has been told he won’t be sold to Bayern Munich, so could Dortmund instead sell to United? Davod Moyes would be adding two incredible talents if he can pull this one off. Surely not? Another question: If Lewandowski arrives, does Rooney depart? (Daily Mail)

Luis Suárez has once again reaffirmed his stance on leaving Liverpool, with the Uruguayan striker stating that “every player wants to play for a top team like Madrid.” Suarez is fed up with the British media after his 10-game ban for biting Branislav Ivanovic and is keen to exit the English game this summer. Should he be allowed to leave if that is his will? Perhaps. What is the point of keeping a player at the club if he’s not happy? This saga will play out all summer, but it seems Real Madrid is Suarez’ preferred destination. (AS)

Jose Mourinho can’t get a moments peace right now, but I’m sure he’s use to that. Chelsea’s new 50-year-old manager will be busy in the transfer market this summer, and reports from Germany this morning have the Blues signing Schalke’s Julian Draxler. The 19-year-old midfielder has recently side a new contract with the Bundesliga side, however Chelsea could trigger the $58 million release clause to get their man. This summer will see plenty of change at Stamford Bridge, with Mourinho grooming a young crop of hugely talented players, for an assault on the EPL and Champions League trophies. (Kicker)

Chelsea have also apparently offered Fernando Torres plus $50 million for Edinson Cavanni, but his club Napoli have rejected the offer. The Uruguayan has scored an incredible 102 goals in 124 matches for Napoli, but they’re holding out for the $75 million release clause in his contract. Cavani said he would be honored to play for Manchester City or Chelsea, as Mourinho plans for Cavani to spearhead his new look attack. Cavani would almost guarantee goals for Chelsea... but where have we heard that before? (Ahem, Torres) But with his direct style of play, Cavani suits the type of soccer Mourinho likes to play and prevailed with at Chelsea in the past. (Goal.com)

Brendan Rodgers has been a busy boy at Liverpool, with Celta Vigo attacker Iago Aspas set to sign later today in a $10 million deal. While Rodgers has his eye on Sporting Lisbon defender Tiago Llori and Sevilla midfielder Luis Alberto. Both are 20 and would fit in with Rodgers style of playing possession based soccer at Anfield. These signings aren’t really making huge headlines, but is Rodgers slowly putting together the pieces for a Champions League challenge next season? Could well be. (BBC Sport)
