After missing last match, Gylfi Sigurdsson wanted to make up some ground. He did that just 13 minutes into the match, pegging back Aston Villa with a wonderful free kick.

After a Jores Okore foul at the top of the box on Jefferson Montero, Sigurdsson powered home the ensuing free kick past Brad Guzan, who didn’t even come close to covering his top corner, which everyone in the ground knew Sigurdsson would be aiming for.
Swansea leads at the current moment, although they will count themselves unlucky to see Montero limp off in tears and with assistance after appearing to injure his hamstring quite seriously. He was replaced by Wayne Routledge just nine minutes after the goal.
