VIDEO: Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp plays crown green bowls with fans

Jurgen Klopp is a wonderful, unique, strange human being.

He embraces it.

That was evident in a video released by Liverpool’s media team over the weekend as their charismatic manager went along and played crown green bowls with a group of Liverpool fans to mark one year in charge at Anfield.

In case you’re wondering what crown green bowls is, it is all explained in the video.

And Klopp, 49, explains that he became a fan of the eccentric English game during a school exchange program from Germany to England (the town of Luton, to be exact) back in the day.

Click play on the video above to view the awesomeness as Klopp punches the air in delight, talks to Lesley about how they’ve “killed the ball” and has plenty of “booms!” for the balls during the usually quiet and relaxed game.

We all know by now that nothing is quiet when Mr. Klopp is around...

This is brilliant.
