Despite that deficit with just 14 games to go, City boss Manuel Pellegrini is not giving up on the PL title.
“Every point you lose, it is more difficult for you. But in football you never know,” Pellegrini said. “We are not thinking about Chelsea. They can also lose games. It is more important for our team to recover our normal performances, especially in attack.”

Pellegrini also lamented City’s attack as they have now gone four games without a win and only a brilliant finish from midfielder James Milner in stoppage time at the end of the match saved them from an embarrassing home defeat to struggling Hull.
The title race may not be over yet, but results like this mean the trophy i drifting away from last season’s champions.
