Hull City is in the drop zone after a late own goal sent Watford zooming up the table in a 1-0 decision at Vicarage Road on Saturday.
The Hornets deserved the three points, but Michael Dawson’s awkward own goal was the only finish.
Hull sits 18th with 7 points.

A surprising goal scorer nearly got the match moving off an early Watford corner kick, as Younes Kaboul’s header hit the frame and a rebound wasn’t handled by a Hornet.
Unfortunately for a Watford side that could’ve easily corralled all three points, that seemed indicative of its finishing skills on the day.
Fortunately for the Hornets, Hull City’s Michael Dawson did the scoring for them with a late own goal to give Walter Mazzarri’s side another win.
