Troy Daniels (right hip tightness) didn’t leave Denver’s bench on Saturday.
He was available for this game but simply isn’t in the rotation, even with Gary Harris (hip) and Will Barton (knee) out of commission.

  • NBA Shooting Guard #30
Troy Daniels (hip) is being listed as questionable for Saturday’s game against the Jazz.
P.J. Dozier saw 22 minutes off the bench on Thursday with Daniels inactive, so that will likely again be the case if he’s out again today. Stay tuned.

  • NBA Shooting Guard #30
Troy Daniels (hip) is out for the Nuggets on Thursday.
Paul Millsap is getting rested but Jamal Murray, Gary Harris, Will Barton and Daniels are all banged up. The Nuggets are going to need their bench, and Michael Porter Jr., to come through tonight.

  • NBA Shooting Guard #30
Troy Daniels (right hip tightness) is questionable to play on Thursday against the Trail Blazers.
If both Daniels and Jamal Murray (hamstring) are out today, Monte Morris could be forced to flirt with close to 40 minutes. Stay tuned.

  • DEN Guard #27
Jamal Murray (left hamstring tightness) has been ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Heat.
He’ll be joining Gary Harris (hip) and Will Barton (knee) on the sidelines, leaving the Nuggets’ backcourt quite thin. Monte Morris will likely get the spot-start while Troy Daniels should see a larger role in the rotation. Nikola Jokic figures to be very busy on offense today, and Michael Porter Jr. should also see some increased opportunity.

  • DEN Center #15
Nikola Jokic committed eight turnovers as Denver’s starting point guard during Wednesday’s scrimmage, with Jamal Murray (rest) unavailable.
Jokic did add 16 points (3-of-5 FG, 8-of-8 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists, two triples and one steal while he was out there, but the turnovers were sloppy and he also committed four fouls in just 27 minutes. Still, the Nuggets managed to pull out the win despite almost everyone playing out of position, so credit to Michael Malone. Troy Daniels was the only guard available for the team, and he finished with 22 points, four triples, six rebounds, three assists, one steal and three turnovers in 30 minutes, but he’ll see a greatly reduced role once the other guards are activated.

  • NBA Shooting Guard #30
Troy Daniels is available to play Saturday against the Cavaliers.
Daniels isn’t likely to provide any fantasy value in Denver, given how loaded the Nuggets perimeter rotation currently is. Feel free to leave him on the waiver wire.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #30
Troy Daniels will not be available for Thursday’s game vs. Charlotte.
Daniels has yet to take his physical in Denver, so the signing isn’t yet official. Even when he’s ready to play, though, Daniels won’t be a fantasy asset in Denver.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #30
The Nuggets are finalizing a deal with G Troy Daniels.
Denver recently waived Jordan McRae, so they’ve essentially swapped one scoring guard who didn’t get minutes for another one. There’s no reason to add Daniels anywhere, unless injuries thin out the Nuggets’ loaded backcourt.
  • NBA Shooting Guard #30
The Lakers will waive G Troy Daniels.
Daniels wasn’t in the rotation and he’s nowhere near the fantasy radar, even if he does latch on with another team in the coming weeks.
