Kiana Williams amassed 17 points (7-of-8 FGs), three rebounds, four assists, one steal and three three-pointers in the Mercury’s win over the Wings on Monday.
In just her third game of the season, Williams utilized some extra minutes to log a career-high in points. The fifth-year guard went scoreless in the fourth quarter but not before an eight-point third quarter put her into double figures for the first time this season. Williams had previously tallied five total minutes of gameplay for the year. Once the Mercury’s key rotation players return from injury, she’ll likely see her minutes reduced.
