Ravens LB/DL Bryan Hall has dropped from 290 pounds to 265 in preparation for his transition from defensive tackle to inside linebacker.
The Ravens loaded up on defensive linemen this spring, so trying the switch to linebacker gives Hall his best shot at making the team. The undrafted free agent out of Arkansas State played just 73 defensive snaps in 2012.

The Ravens are moving Bryan Hall from defensive tackle to inside linebacker.
Hall is too light to play the line in a 3-4 defense, tipping the scales at just 284 pounds. The position switch gives the second-year pro out of Arkansas State a better shot at cracking the 53-man roster. Behind Albert McClellan and Jameel McClain at inside ‘backer, the Ravens have a handful of unknowns.

Ravens re-signed exclusive rights free agent DT Bryan Hall to a one-year, $480,000 contract.
Hall appeared in five games last season, notching three tackles. He’ll compete for a reserve role along the Ravens’ retooled defensive line.

Eagles worked out free agent LB Bryan Hall and free agent CB Robert Steeples Wednesday.
Hall played 73 snaps for the Ravens last year and has experience in the Eagles’ new 3-4 scheme. Steeples was waived by the Rams earlier this week. The Eagles are going to explore any opportunity to improve a defense that gave up the third-most points in the league last year (27.8 per game). They’ve been gashed in the preseason as well.

Free agent LB Bryan Hall worked out for the Rams.
A third-year undrafted free agent, Hall was out of the league last season. He’d be little more than a roster filler in St. Louis.
