The Pelicans have waived Daulton Hommes.
He didn’t log a single minute for New Orleans this season.

Daulton Hommes (right fibular stress fracture) will be out for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder.
It is still unclear how much time Hommes will miss due to the injury, but given the fact that it is a stress fracture, it will likely be extended time. Either way, he is not a fantasy target.

Daulton Hommes (right fibular stress fracture) will not be available for Monday’s game against the Mavericks.
Hommes, who’s on a two-way deal, will spend the majority of his time with the Pelicans’ G League affiliate this season. How much time he’ll miss is unknown, but it will not have an impact in any fantasy league.

Daulton Hommes (ankle) is available for Monday’s game.
Don’t feel bad if you don’t know who he is. We don’t either. Actually, he played in Italy last season and is on a two-way contract with the Pelicans this year.

Daulton Hommes (right ankle soreness) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Hommes is on a two-way contract so, even when healthy, he isn’t worthy of consideration in any fantasy league.

Naji Marshall racked up a double-double with 10 rebounds and 10 assists, unfortunately, he missed out on the triple-double because he scored just five points on 1-of-5 shooting, but the Pelicans beat the Timberwolves 87-59 on Tuesday from Las Vegas.
Marshall functions in some settings as a point forward because of his size at 6-foot-7 and 220 pounds, but he also can lead the fast break and facilitate as well. On Tuesday though, it was the Pelicans’ defense that was smothering, as they held the Timberwolves to 59 points on 29.2% shooting from the floor and 20.7% from three. New Orleans also forced 23 turnovers that lead to multiple transition opportunities and fast-break dunks. New signee Daulton Holmes poured in 17 points on 7-of-13 shooting (3-of-4 3-pointers) with five rebounds, one assist, and two steals of his own.

The New Orleans Pelicans have signed Daulton Hommes, the 2019 NCAA Division II player of the year, to a two-way contract, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Holmes spent last season playing in Italy and is currently playing summer league with the Pelicans. Being on a two-way deal means that he will spend a good amount of time in the G-League and even when he does suit up for the Pelicans he will not see very many minutes so unless he explodes and earns himself a fully-guaranteed deal, leave him off of your fantasy rosters.
