Dan Uggla went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and a stolen base against the Rockies on Saturday.
The homer was his seventh of the season, allowing Uggla to set the Marlins’ record for homers in a season by a second basemen. That it took 14 years for even a second basemen to hit seven homers is pretty impressive. In addition to the homers, Uggla is batting .310 with 39 runs scored and four steals.

White Sox activated OF Austin Hays from the 10-day injured list.
Hays rejoins Chicago’s outfield mix following a nearly three-week absence recovering from a low-grade right hamstring strain. The 30-year-old veteran was hitting just .219 through nine games to kick off his White Sox debut.
Dominguez may get lost in shuffle with Stanton out
The New York Yankees are reportedly calling up Jasson Dominguez with Giancarlo Stanton potentially sitting out with a calf injury, but Eric Samulski sees a lot of options that puts Dominguez's value in question.
  • CWS 2nd Baseman #41
White Sox placed INF/OF Tanner Murray on the 10-day injured list with a left shoulder dislocation.
Murray is likely facing an extended absence given the nature of the injury, which sometimes involves a surgical procedure. The 26-year-old was operating in a versatile bench role for Chicago this season.
  • SEA 1st Baseman #12
Josh Naylor (quad) is back in the lineup for Monday’s series opener against the Twins.
Naylor is back at first base and hitting cleanup following a brief one-game absence due to a quad contusion. The 28-year-old power/speed combo threat has seemingly turned things around after an ice-cold start to the season, hitting .480 (12-for-25) with one homer and four steals over his last seven games.
  • BOS Shortstop #10
Trevor Story is back in the lineup for Monday’s series opener against the Blue Jays.
Story had some rather direct remarks to reporters about the direction of the franchise following longtime manager Alex Cora’s firing and was left out of Sunday’s lineup by interim manager Chad Tracy. The 33-year-old veteran is back in there to face Blue Jays big-ticket free agent acquisition Dylan Cease at the Rogers Centre. He’s hitting just .198 with two homers and two steals in 27 games this season on the heels of last year’s impressive 25-homer, 31-steal effort across a career-high 157 contests.
  • STL Catcher #43
Pedro Pagés (hamstring) is back in the lineup for Monday’s series opener against the Pirates.
Pagés wound up missing only one game after leaving Saturday’s showdown against the Mariners with left hamstring tightness. The 27-year-old is back handling the catching duties and hitting ninth on Monday evening against Pittsburgh.
  • TEX 3rd Baseman #6
Josh Jung is batting second on Monday against the Yankees.
Jung moves up to the prime spot in Texas’ lineup to face Yankees lefty ace Max Fried on Monday night at Globe Life Field. The injury-plagued 28-year-old has been red-hot at the dish, hitting .375 (21-for-56) with four homers and 13 RBI over his last 15 games. It’s never been a talent issue for Jung. He’s healthy and he’s tearing the cover off the ball, which means fantasy managers should be rostering him in all formats.

Astros announced that Kai-Wei Teng will start on Tuesday against the Orioles.
The team had previously reported that they were considering stretching Teng out as a starter, so he will get his first start this week. His longest outing was 2 2/3 innings last Tuesday, so it would be hard to expect him to pitch more than three innings in this one, so he doesn’t have much fantasy appeal. He also posted a solid 2.16 ERA in 16 2/3 innings out of the bullpen, but just a 25 percent strikeout rate in the bullpen doesn’t suggest lots of strikeout upside as a starter. We’ll have to see on Tuesday.
  • NYY Shortstop #14
MLB Network’s Jon Heyman reports that Paul DeJong has told the Yankees he will opt out at the end of the month if he’s not promoted.
With Anthony Volpe coming off the IL on Thursday, it would seem likely that DeJong will not be promoted by the end of April. The 32-year-old is also hitting .213/.359/.541 in 22 games at Triple-A with six home runs and 13 RBI. He will likely be a free agent by May.

Blue Jays recalled RHP Chase Lee from Triple-A Buffalo
With Max Scherzer (forearm/ankle) landing on the injured list, the Blue Jays will have Eric Lauer start against the Red Sox on Wednesday, which means a spot opened up in the bullpen. Lee will claim that spot after pitching to a 1.32 ERA and 12/9 K/BB ratio in 13 2/3 innings at Triple-A.
  • NYY Left Fielder #24
Yankees recalled OF Jasson Domínguez from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre
Domínguez was officially called up on Monday afternoon, but Giancarlo Stanton (calf) has not yet been placed on the injured list. That clouds the immediate playing time for Domínguez, but the Yankees do face three righties in their series with the Rangers, which should give him enough short-term playing time. However, Anthony Volpe is reportedly set to rejoin the team on Thursday, and Jose Caballero has been heating up at the plate, so the Yankees may need to decide between Domínguez and Ryan McMahon when Volpe returns. That also assumes Stanton eventually goes on the injured list. There are a lot of moving pieces here.
